More than a new workflow
When work changes, people often wonder where they fit. Training on shared workflows answers how the work gets done. It rarely answers what each person is best placed to contribute.
This program gives each participant structured time to look at their own role. They connect what they value and do well with where the organization is heading, and turn that into a concrete proposal. Managers stay involved, so changes are agreed, supported and reviewed rather than assumed.
What participants work on
Values and strengths
Name what matters to them at work and the strengths they bring most naturally.
Contribution
Look at where they add the most value now and where that could grow as work changes.
Connection to goals
Link their contribution to your organization's priorities and their team's direction.
A practical role proposal
Describe specific changes they would like to test, including what they need and what could shift.
Manager review
Discuss the proposal with their manager and agree what goes ahead, what support is needed and who approves it.
Review points
Set dates to check how agreed changes are working before making them permanent.
How it works with your organization
- Before
Shape it around your goals
We talk with you about your priorities, the roles involved and any AI policies, so participants work toward the direction you have set.
- During
Each person develops their proposal
Participants work on their own roles in a private cohort. In intact teams, colleagues can also see how their contributions fit together.
- After
Managers review and agree
Proposals go to managers for discussion. Changes are tested only after support, approvals and review points are agreed.
Is it a good fit?
A good fit if your organization
- Wants people to take an active part in how their roles evolve
- Can involve managers in reviewing proposals
- Is navigating change and wants contribution to stay clear
Probably not the right fit if you
- Need training on a shared tool or workflow
- Have already fixed role changes and need communication support only
- Want to build day-to-day AI habits. See Rise With AI
Questions about Reshape for Teams
How is this different from the public bootcamp?
The public bootcamp is for individuals who register themselves. The teams version is private and shaped around your organization's goals, with managers involved in reviewing proposals.
Does every proposal get approved?
No, and it should not have to. Proposals are a starting point for an honest conversation. Managers decide what goes ahead, with what support and when it is reviewed.
Is it about AI?
AI is often part of why roles are changing, but the focus is contribution and role development. It does not replace technical training or AI policy decisions.
