Refund policy

We want you to feel confident registering. Here's how refunds work for Reshape Your Role for the AI Era.

Changing your mind

• Up to 7 days before Session 1: full refund, no questions asked.
• From 7 days before Session 1 until Session 2 begins: we can't offer a refund, but we'll move your place to a future cohort at no cost, or transfer it to a colleague.
• Once Session 2 has begun: no refunds or transfers. You keep full access to the hub and replays for the rest of the program.

For the October 2026 cohort, that means a full refund if you ask by October 21, 2026.

VIP upgrades

If you upgraded from general admission to VIP, you can get a refund of the upgrade until Session 1 begins. After that, upgrades aren't refundable.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel the program, you'll get a full refund. If we move a session to a date that doesn't work for you, you can choose a full refund or a place in a future cohort.

Missing a session

If you can't make a live session, watch the replay in the hub. Replays stay available for 30 days after each session. Missed sessions aren't refundable.

How to ask

Email info@workwithipl.com from the address you registered with. We'll confirm within two business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Paid by your employer?

Refunds go back to whoever paid. If your organization paid, we'll let your contact there know.
