Program Modules
Module 1: Self-Awareness
Build clarity and authenticity by deepening emotional self-awareness. Through the help of the DiSC® Agile EQ profile participants will explore their strengths, limitations, and blind spots, while learning how their emotions impact their performance and decision-making.​
Module 2: Self-Management
Learn to stay balanced and effective under pressure. Participants will practice techniques to regulate disruptive emotions, manage stress responses, and approach challenges with a calm and centered mindset.
Module 3: Adaptability & Achievement
In this module, participants develop mental agility, the ability to think flexibly and respond effectively to change. By cultivating a growth mindset, they’ll gain the tools to approach challenges with confidence and purpose.
Program Format & Delivery Options
Interactive Workshops
Virtual Option: Three, 2-hour live sessions with a mix of presentation, group discussions and skill-building exercises.
In-Person Option: Half-day or full-day workshops with hands-on activities, role-playing, and collaborative discussions. Participants work in teams to practice new skills and techniques, enhancing engagement and teamwork.​​
Leading Self Activity Guide
The Leading Self Activity Guide features structured exercises and reflections designed to enhance emotional self-awareness, manage stress, and build resilience. Incorporating tools like DiSC® Agile EQ, it offers practical strategies to support personal growth and cultivate emotional agility in both professional and personal settings.
One-on-One Coaching
Optional one-on-one coaching sessions to deepen learning, address individual challenges, and set actionable goals. Coaching can be scheduled post-training to provide ongoing support.​​

The DiSC® Agile EQ profile empowers individuals to navigate the complexities of emotional intelligence with greater agility.
