Interactive Workshops

Virtual Option: Five, 2-hour live sessions with a mix of presentation, group discussions and skill-building exercises. 


In-Person Option: Half-day or full-day workshops with hands-on activities, role-playing, and collaborative discussions. Participants work in teams to practice new skills and techniques, enhancing engagement and teamwork.​​

The Leading Others Activity Guide provides actionable exercises and insights to help leaders strengthen team dynamics, foster collaboration, and navigate challenges with confidence. Featuring tools like DiSC® Management and strategies for conflict resolution, coaching, and influence, it equips leaders to inspire others, build trust, and drive team success.

One-on-One Coaching

Optional one-on-one coaching sessions to deepen learning, address individual challenges, and set actionable goals. Coaching can be scheduled post-training to provide ongoing support.​​
